Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time is the same for all orders, while shipping time varies depending on the shipping method.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $69 within the contiguous United States. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $7.90 will apply. (We do not ship to remote areas. Remote areas include: Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other non-contiguous regions.)
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us at info@shoescorner.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipping address.
2. Refund & Return
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy page for detailed instructions.
Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, ShoesCorner will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are initiated within 3 business days. On average, you will receive your refund within 3 business days once it is initiated. However, the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
