When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

How can I track my order?

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to become active, depending on the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ShoesCorner ships to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations, including Australia, the UK, and parts of Europe.
Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

ShoesCorner does not store or have access to your full payment card or bank details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and original packaging.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
What is your return policy?
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging.
Certain items, such as final sale items or gift cards, may not be eligible for return.
