1. Order Processing

  • Order handling time: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • All items are inspected carefully before dispatch to ensure product quality and secure packaging.
  • Order handling time is separate from transit time. Transit time begins once your order has been dispatched and you receive the tracking confirmation email.

Delivery timeframes may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspection, or peak seasons. All orders are shipped Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays.


4. Delivery Locations

We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other non-contiguous regions. Please note that we cannot accept orders with military addresses. Orders from these excluded locations will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@shoescorner.com within 1 business day of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. Exchanges are not possible before shipment; however, you can return the item once received and then proceed with the exchange.


6. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates typically appear within 1–2 business days after shipment.
  • You can check your order status on our Track Your Order page.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
  • ShoesCorner is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details, customs clearance issues, or carrier handling.
  • If the package is lost in transit, please contact us via email at info@shoescorner.com. We will help you follow up with the carrier to initiate a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will assist in arranging a replacement or refund based on the investigation result.

8. Taxes & Duties

  • United States: Orders under $800 are generally exempt from import duties.
  • International orders: Local taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
