This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed
- Order processing includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- Order processing time is separate from transit time. Transit time begins once the order has been dispatched
Shipping Methods and Fees
ShoesCorner applies a unified shipping fee structure for the United States and supported international markets.
Standard Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $69
- $9.90 shipping fee for orders under $69
Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping (excluding order processing time):
- United States: approximately 5–7 business days
- Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Canada, Spain, and other supported international markets: approximately 7–12 business days
The above delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other factors beyond our control.
Express Shipping
- Flat rate: $19.90
Express Shipping provides priority handling and expedited transportation compared to Standard Shipping. Due to variability in carrier operations and customs processes, no estimated delivery timeframe is provided for Express Shipping. Actual delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination.
Available shipping methods and applicable fees are clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

If a destination is not supported due to logistical, regulatory, or carrier limitations, this will be clearly indicated during checkout and the order cannot be completed.
Unsupported Shipping Addresses
We generally do not ship to the following address types:
- Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
- Remote or inaccessible regions not supported by carriers
- Countries or regions not listed or available at checkout
Orders placed to unsupported addresses may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees in accordance with local regulations
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees
- We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on all customs documentation
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information
- Tracking details typically become active within 1–3 business days after dispatch
- If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after shipment, please contact us
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office, building management, or neighbors first.
ShoesCorner is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.
Please contact us promptly if:
- A package is lost in transit — we will assist in coordinating an investigation with the carrier
- An item arrives damaged — please provide clear photos of the item and original packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate
