At ShoesCorner, we take every order seriously and stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet expectations, we will handle it promptly and fairly. Please review our full refund, exchange, and return policy below.


1. General Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Responsibility: If the return is not due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at info@shoescorner.com within 30 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged item (preferably on a flat surface with tags visible).
  3. Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
  • A replacement shipped at no additional cost.
  • Or a full refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective or incorrect item unless instructed by our team. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Thank you for your assistance!

We do not accept defective returns caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.


3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for your convenience.
  • If you wish to exchange your shoes, please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order. Once the item has shipped, exchanges are not possible directly. You can only return the item once received and then proceed with the exchange.
  • If the shoes you received don't meet your expectations, we're happy to help with an exchange. The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the current pair and place a new order for the shoes you want.
  • Please note, for exchanges not due to defects or errors on our part—such as if the exchange is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase—the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
  • If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be processed after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Defective exchanges: For defective or incorrect item exchanges, please contact us and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Preference-based exchanges: Customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees once the order has been shipped out (e.g., wrong size or color change).

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact info@shoescorner.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions (including return label) and, if applicable, the return address or prepaid label.
  3. Customer will mail the item back within 7 business days after receiving approval.
  4. The total refund processing time is 3 business days: 2 business days for item inspection and 1 business day for initiating the refund. Once ShoesCorner receives the return, our team will inspect the returned product within 2 business days. After the inspection, the refund will be initiated within the next business day. Please note that the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

5. Return Shipping Cost

ShoesCorner accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: ShoesCorner will cover return shipping costs for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues or for incorrect items sent. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • Non-Defective Items: If the product is non-defective and the customer simply changes their mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import duties. The item must be in its original condition.
  • Delivery Delays: If a customer is dissatisfied due to delivery delays caused by the carrier and requests a return, ShoesCorner is not responsible for the delay. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for any returned items.


7. Refund Process

Refund Timeline: For all approved returns, refunds are initiated within 3 business days after the returned item has been received (refund processing time is 3 business days).

Refund processing time (3 business days) = item inspection time (2 business days) + refund initiating time (1 business day).

On average, you will receive your refund within 3 business days once it is initiated. However, the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

  • PayPal payments usually appear in your account within 1–3 business days.
  • Credit or debit card refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If return shipping costs apply, they will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

No restocking fees will be charged.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@shoescorner.com. We will open a case with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified. Customers are not required to handle carrier communication directly.
