This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines for returns and refunds. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Period

  • We offer a 30-day return policy
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved on a case-by-case basis.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and free from visible signs of wear or damage
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Acceptable Return Reasons

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • An incorrect item was sent
  • You are not satisfied with the item or changed your mind, provided eligibility conditions are met

Non-Returnable Items

To the extent permitted by law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Sale or Final Sale
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without prior return authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Address

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address by email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), return shipping is typically covered by ShoesCorner
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. ShoesCorner is not responsible for return shipments lost without valid tracking proof.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an issue is found, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please submit a return request and place a new order separately after the refund is processed.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refund Process

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to post funds

Late or Missing Refunds
